Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing PrntFlow from the Shopify App Store or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PrntFlow is a Shopify embedded app that automates mockup image generation, uploading, and variant assignment for print-on-demand t-shirt merchants. The Service allows merchants to create reusable mockup templates and apply them to Shopify products to generate variant-specific merged product images.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

PrntFlow is available on the following plan:

Additional plans (Grow and Scale) are in development and not yet available.

All billing is handled exclusively through Shopify's app billing system. PrntFlow does not process payments directly and does not store payment card information. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice alongside your store plan and other app charges.

Your subscription renews automatically each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your Shopify admin (for example, by uninstalling the app or changing your plan, where available). If you cancel or uninstall the app during your free trial period, Shopify will not bill you for that subscription. Uninstalling the app stops future recurring charges but does not automatically issue refunds for charges that have already been invoiced.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed but may be granted on a case-by-case basis. See our Refund Policy for details. If a refund is approved, we will submit the request through Shopify's Partner dashboard. The refund is then processed by Shopify — PrntFlow does not handle payments directly and cannot initiate charges or refunds.

5. User Responsibilities

• • You are responsible for ensuring that images and graphics you upload do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
• • Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or malicious files.
• • You retain ownership of all image files and design graphics you upload.
• • You grant PrntFlow a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your uploaded files solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.

6. Data Handling and Storage

Uploaded image files — including base mockup images, placeholder images, and design graphics — are stored securely on Cloudflare R2 infrastructure. These files are retained for as long as your store has an active subscription, plus up to 30 days after cancellation or uninstall to handle support requests and comply with legal obligations. We also act on Shopify's mandatory privacy and compliance webhooks — such as shop data redaction requests — by deleting or anonymizing shop-associated personal data within the required timeframes.

7. Shopify Platform

PrntFlow operates as a Shopify embedded app and is subject to Shopify's Partner Program Agreement and App Store requirements. Your use of the Service is also subject to Shopify's Terms of Service. PrntFlow is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify Inc. Shopify Inc. and its affiliates are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for any issues arising from your use of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrntFlow and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Because PrntFlow relies on Shopify APIs and infrastructure, outages or changes on Shopify's side may affect the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
