1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PrntFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PrntFlow is a web-based PNG image processing tool designed to remove problematic alpha-channel pixels from images intended for Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

Users may choose from the following plans:

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your account dashboard; access continues until the current billing cycle ends.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on initial paid subscriptions. Refunds after 30 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. User Responsibilities

• • Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious files.
• • You retain ownership of uploaded content.
• • You grant us a limited, temporary license to process your images solely for service delivery.

6. Data Handling

Uploaded files are stored temporarily on Cloudflare R2 and deleted within 24 hours. We follow strict privacy and data-protection standards described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Payments and Taxes

All payments are handled securely by Stripe. Prices include or exclude taxes depending on your location. Stripe Japan collects and remits JCT as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrntFlow and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Service.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
