Account, Usage, and Settings
Manage your plan status, monitor mockup usage, configure global image settings, and submit feedback and feature requests directly from within the app.
Account & Billing
The Account & Billing page shows your current plan status, trial information, and billing controls. All billing is handled securely through Shopify's app billing system.
What You'll See on the Account Screen:
- Current Plan Badge – Shows your active subscription tier (e.g., "Launch")
- Plan Features – A summary of what's included in your current plan, including a note that your early adopter price is locked in for as long as you stay subscribed
- Manage Subscription – Takes you to Shopify's billing page where you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time
- No long-term contracts – Cancel at any time through Shopify's billing page. If you uninstall the app, billing stops automatically
How Shopify Billing Works
When you install PrntFlow, you'll be prompted to approve a recurring charge through Shopify's billing system. This appears on your Shopify invoice alongside your store subscription and other app charges. If you cancel or uninstall PrntFlow, billing stops automatically - no need to contact support.
PrntFlow does not store payment information or process payments directly. All transactions are handled by Shopify.
Image Settings
The Settings screen lets you configure global defaults for all generated mockup images. These settings apply to every mockup you create across all templates and products.
Available Settings:
-
Output Dimensions – Set the width and height (in pixels) for generated mockup images. Default is 2048x2048 pixels. Higher dimensions produce sharper images but increase file size and upload time.
-
Image Format – Choose between JPEG (smaller file size, no transparency) or PNG (larger file size, supports transparency). For most POD t-shirt mockups, JPEG is recommended.
-
JPEG Quality – If using JPEG format, set the compression quality from 1 (lowest quality, smallest file) to 100 (highest quality, largest file). Default is 85, which balances quality and file size.
-
Default Graphic Placement – Set the default position (X/Y coordinates) and scale for design graphics on the mockup. These values are the starting point when creating new templates and can be adjusted per-template in the placement editor.
When to Adjust Settings
Most users can stick with the default settings. Consider adjusting if:
- • Your mockups appear blurry on high-resolution displays (increase dimensions)
- • Your base mockups have transparency you want to preserve (switch to PNG format)
- • You consistently need to reposition graphics in every template (adjust default placement)
Feedback & Feature Requests
PrntFlow includes a built-in Feedback screen where you can submit feature requests, vote on ideas from other users, and track the status of requests you care about.
How the Feedback System Works:
-
Submit New Ideas – Click "Submit Feedback" to propose a new feature, improvement, or bug fix. Include a clear description and use case.
-
Vote on Existing Requests – Browse requests from other users and upvote the ones you want to see prioritized. Popular requests get built first.
-
Track Request Status – Each request has a status tag that updates as development progresses:
- • OPEN – Request submitted, gathering votes
- • PLANNED – Approved for future development
- • IN PROGRESS – Actively being built
- • DONE – Shipped and live in the app
-
View Your Votes – Filter the feedback list by "Voted" to see all requests you've upvoted and track their progress.
Why We Built This
PrntFlow is built by POD t-shirt sellers, for POD t-shirt sellers. We want to hear directly from the people using the app every day. Your votes and feature requests shape what gets built next.
