Is there a free trial?

How do I uninstall?

You can uninstall PrntFlow like any Shopify app from your admin panel. Uninstalling stops all future charges.

What if I have issues generating or uploading mockups?

Email support@prntflow.com with details about your issue. Include any error messages or screenshots and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.

Does PrntFlow work with my POD provider?

PrntFlow works with any Shopify t-shirt product that has color variants - whether synced from Printify, Printful, Gelato, or created directly in Shopify. As long as the product appears in Shopify with color variants, PrntFlow can use it.
