We built PrntFlow to solve the most frustrating problem in POD selling: manually uploading and assigning mockups to every color variant in Shopify. What should take minutes was taking hours.
Our Story
We're print-on-demand t-shirt sellers who've been exactly where you are.
You design mockups in Photoshop, Affinity, Canva, Photopea, or now with AI. Your POD provider generates the product variants. Then reality hits: you still need all those images in Shopify, attached to the right t-shirt product and color variant.
Shopify doesn't give you a native way to do that in bulk.
So you click through product after product, uploading mockups, selecting the matching color variant, and repeating the same steps over and over. For a catalog with hundreds of t-shirt products and multiple colors each, that quickly turns into dozens of hours of tedious, error-prone work.
The Moment We Decided to Build
CPC was rising and we needed to test a new mockup style. Testing was easy. But then the reality of swapping out an entire catalog set in. Just the thought of it was discouraging. We kept making mistakes - applying mockups to the wrong variant, losing track of which color had been done. Forget about alt text or SEO. Every catalog refresh meant starting over from scratch.
We knew we weren't alone. Every POD seller running a real t-shirt catalog on Shopify was hitting the same wall.
So we built PrntFlow - a Shopify app that handles t-shirt mockups the way they should be handled: fast, accurate, and consistent.
