Which plans are available today?
Only the Launch plan ($7.99/month) is available right now. Grow and Scale are on our roadmap and will be released later. We'll notify all users when they become available.
Why is there only one plan right now?
PrntFlow is focused on doing one thing well: eliminating the manual mockup work for POD t-shirt sellers. The Launch plan keeps pricing simple while we build the bulk catalog swap and AI finishing features that will power the future Grow and Scale plans.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription from your Shopify admin at any time. No contracts, no cancellation fees. If you cancel during your free trial, you won't be charged.
What happens after my free trial ends?
After your 7-day free trial, you'll be automatically charged $7.99/month through Shopify billing unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime during the trial period to avoid any charges.
Can I upgrade to Grow or Scale when they launch?
Yes. When Grow and Scale plans become available, existing Launch plan users will have the option to upgrade. We'll send notifications to all users before new plans go live, including pricing details and upgrade instructions.
Is there a limit on products or mockups?
No. The Launch plan has no limits on products, templates, or mockup generations. Build as many templates as you need and apply them across your catalog.
How does Shopify billing work?
PrntFlow uses Shopify's app billing system. Your subscription charge appears on your regular Shopify invoice alongside your store plan and other app charges. You manage billing and cancellation directly from your Shopify admin—no separate payment portal or external billing account needed.
